Adam investigates and litigates white collar matters and complex civil disputes.


He has represented and advised domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in connection with securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, merger disputes, internal investigations, and other complex commercial disputes in state and federal court. He has also advised clients in connection with prospective business combinations and other transactions. Adam also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on supporting clients in housing court.

Adam has been a member of trial teams in New York and Delaware, including an expedited challenge to a pending merger and a dispute regarding obligations owed under a credit default swap agreement. Prior to joining Clark Smith Villazor LLP, he was an associate at a large international firm.
