She has represented domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions, and individuals in connection with litigations in federal and state courts.  She has also represented clients in contract disputes, trade secret disputes, bankruptcy litigations, and other complex commercial matters.  Her experience includes both trial-level advocacy and strategic counseling. 

Before starting her legal career, Alison worked in education and international affairs.  Prior to joining Clark Smith Villazor LLP, Alison was an associate at a large international firm.
