Clark Smith Villazor LLP – a leading white-collar defense and civil-litigation law firm – is pleased to announce that Diana Wang has joined the firm as Counsel. Diana is a seasoned litigator with more than a decade of experience handling complex disputes, enforcement actions, and criminal and regulatory investigations. She has guided high-stakes matters through every stage—from investigation to trial and appeal—across federal and state courts and in criminal and civil litigation. Before joining Clark Smith Villazor, Diana served as a Trial Attorney at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where she led enforcement actions involving digital assets, market manipulation, and fraud.
