He has represented domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and individuals in federal and state court in connection with litigations and investigations relating to securities fraud under federal and state securities laws, M&A disputes, breach of contract and other complex commercial disputes.  His experience includes representing a foreign financial institution at trial in connection with mortgage-backed securities litigation and a global pharmaceutical company and certain of its directors and officers in a federal class action lawsuit.  Mike also maintains an active pro bono practice.  Prior to joining Clark Smith Villazor LLP, Mike was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for more than five years.
